To qualify as a wholesale investor in Australia you need to hold equivalent to A$2.5 million worth of net assets or to have earned a gross annual income of at least A$250,000 for the previous two years. Alternatively, an investment of A$500,000 or more automatically qualifies for wholesale investment in Australia.

Investment in Luxury Property Funds typically starts from $250,000 per unit but may exceed $1,000,000 for multiple units in a fund. Each unit entitles the investor to 14 days per year enjoying any of the luxury properties.
