Probably Melbourne’s most famous street, St Kilda Road, lined with Plane Trees, this picturesque boulevard offers a location that is second to none. Ubertas Properties’ current project at 505 St Kilda Road, Melbourne has been designed by one of Australia’s finest Architects Karl Fender. The inspiration for 505 came from the four seasons Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer and the lush 100 acres of parkland – beautiful Fawkner Park which abuts the property.


In actual fact, there are only a few buildings in Australia that can boast the same high level of style, luxury and sustainability that is the signature of 505. What’s more, it’s been a good fourteen years since the blue ribbon precinct of Melbourne’s most prized boulevard has seen a residential project. Patience has its reward!
